Article 2: Availability of products
Our products, offers and prices are subject to stock availability. All unique products on our homepage contain a picture of the product you order and receive.Lego boxes may show signs of storage and do not give rise to any refund. Collectibles and boxes that show major signs of use are usually noted and illustrated and also do not give rise to any refund.
Product (backorder or preorder): If you backorder or pre-order a product, the delivery date will be determined after full payment. Pre-ordering gives you the opportunity to reserve your product in advance. You will generally pay it cheaper and you will be sure to get it as per its appearance. Our suppliers may change the date of release or shipment of products at any time, and shipping from the US or China for most takes some time. This is the reason why we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date. All products ordered with a back or pre-order item will also be delivered at this time. Separate shipping is not yet possible for cost reasons.

Your order will be reserved for 3 days. After this period has expired, without receipt of your payement, your order will be canceled.

Delivery modality: All packages are sent by post. If it is available for your country, you will receive the Track & Trace code from your package.
Article 7: Competencies
In the event of non-delivery of an order or part of an order, you have a maximum of 1 month (from the date of departure from our warehouses) to protest. We will not accept any complaint beyond this period.
Article 8: Right of withdrawal
