These terms and conditions apply to every order placed on the website www.arttoysmania.com.

Article 1: Areas of application and modification of the conditions of sale

Arttoysmania.com has the possibility to adapt or modify the general conditions of sale at any time. In the event of a change, the general conditions of sale apply from the day of the order.

Article 2: Availability of products

Our products, offers and prices are subject to stock availability. All unique products on our homepage contain a picture of the product you order and receive.Lego boxes may show signs of storage and do not give rise to any refund. Collectibles and boxes that show major signs of use are usually noted and illustrated and also do not give rise to any refund.

Product (backorder or preorder): If you backorder or pre-order a product, the delivery date will be determined after full payment. Pre-ordering gives you the opportunity to reserve your product in advance. You will generally pay it cheaper and you will be sure to get it as per its appearance. Our suppliers may change the date of release or shipment of products at any time, and shipping from the US or China for most takes some time. This is the reason why we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date. All products ordered with a back or pre-order item will also be delivered at this time. Separate shipping is not yet possible for cost reasons.

Article 3: Order confirmation and electronic signature

Any order form signed by the consumer by “clicking” constitutes an irrevocable acceptance that can only be questioned within the limits provided for in the general conditions of sale. All prices shown are exclusive of VAT. Arttoysmania.com reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, the price stated at the time of your order counts. Each price is subject to availability at that time.

Article 5: Payment conditions and security

For your security, you can pay via PayPal with credit card or Twint:

Your order will be reserved for 3 days. After this period has expired, without receipt of your payement, your order will be canceled.

The order will only be processed after payment has been received in our account.

With credit card: Thanks to the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, your credit card details are encoded and never remain on the network. Payment is made directly to PayPal. ArtToysMania does not have account access to PayPal’s servers. That’s why you will be redirected to PayPal with every new transaction on our site. Payment is made on the bank server, which is secured by our partner PayPal. No banking information about you is recorded on the arttoysmania.com website. Credit card payments are completely secured; Your order will be recorded and validated upon acceptance of payment via PayPal. Your order will be confirmed by our banking partner and the amount received with the order will be collected.

Article 6: Shipping

Title reserve clause: Products remain the property of arttoysmania.com until the order has been completely shipped.

– The products will be delivered to the address you provided when placing your order.

– We use the Poste services from Switzerland.

Expenses for preparation and expedition:

Switzerland: 9.90 CHF (free for orders over CHF 149.-)

The price includes all costs; But it is possible that your country’s customs may impose import or other taxes. These taxes are not the responsibility of arttoysmania.com.

Deadline of the expedition: Orders will be sent 3 days after receipt of payment if it contains dosent advance or back orders).

Europe: 7 to 15 days

International: 7 to 21 days

Delivery modality: All packages are sent by post. If it is available for your country, you will receive the Track & Trace code from your package.

Article 7: Competencies

In the event of non-delivery of an order or part of an order, you have a maximum of 1 month (from the date of departure from our warehouses) to protest. We will not accept any complaint beyond this period.

Article 8: Right of withdrawal

The consumer has a period of 7 working days from the delivery date of the order to return an item that does not suit him and to request the exchange or refund, with the exception of the return shipping costs and the payment costs already paid by ArtToysMania.
